Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because we provide custom creative, marketing, production, and advertising services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started — including strategy creation, scheduled filming, editing, ad account review, campaign setup, or allocated resources.
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services with written notice per their agreement. If no separate agreement is signed, please provide at least 30 days' written notice before cancelling recurring services. Completed work, delivered files, used ad-management time, strategy and production time, and third-party costs are not refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case; approval is not guaranteed.
